This means that we cannot send you electronic messages of a commercial nature without your express consent. These messages could include important information to parents and guardians about a broad range of activities, including but
not limited to yearbook sales, field trips and travel opportunities, milk and pizza sales, student photos and fundraisers.

By signing this form, you are giving your consent to receiving electronic messages from the school, the Catholic School Council and/or Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) that may include information of a commercial nature. Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time and the OCSB will not  share your email address with any other organization.
