Graduation 2018 Important Dates

June 1        Grad Retreat, Saunders Farm

June 5        Grad Practice, 8:15 a.m. (Cafetorium, mandatory for all grads)

                 Grad Mass, 9:30 a.m. (families are welcome to attend)

                 Grad Luncheon to follow Mass (in the Twister Dome)

June 27        Grad Gown Pick-up, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (in staff cloakroom)

June 28        Graduation Ceremony, 10:00 a.m. (in Cafetorium)

Grad Retreat

For all graduating students at Saunders Farm.  This is an opportunity for Grade 12 students to be together as a group for a day of reflection, sharing and fun with peers.

Grad Practice, Mass, Luncheon

The Grad Practice will be held Period 1 and is mandatory for all Grade 12 students attending the graduation ceremony.  Information for the ceremony will be discussed and students will practice the line-up and procession into the cafetorium.  Parents and families are invited to join graduates at 9:30 a.m. for the Mass and Luncheon that follow.

Grad Gown Pick-up

If a student is unable to pick up his or her gown at the available times, a family member or friend can do so for them.  If a student or designate will not be able to pick up a gown on June 27, please contact Mrs. Noble for alternate arrangements.  All textbooks, school equipment and fees should be paid prior to picking up gowns.

Graduation Ceremony/Tickets

Invitations and tickets for the ceremony will be handed out to students at the luncheon following the Mass on June 5.  Each graduate will receive 3 tickets to the ceremony.

Please note: there will be a limited number of additional tickets available.  We may not be able to grant all requests due to the large graduation group and site capacity.

Parking for Graduation Ceremony

There is a free municipal parking lot behind the school off McGibbon Drive.  Parking on streets around the school will be subject to City of Ottawa bylaws.
